I lead the creation of a campaign targeting the parents of our residents at Core Spaces properties. I began by developing a survey for Property Managers portfolio wide to determine what feedback and concerns they hear most often from parents. Through this survey, I learned that parents were most concerned about safety, their student’s grades falling due to being off campus, and roommate assignments. With this information I created a campaign to alleviate their worries, while highlighting other features their student would enjoy at a Core Spaces property that could never be matched by on-campus housing.
